Taka M​ori​ (Takahito Mori) is originally from the Tokyo music scene. He started his professional career performing with Jazz, bossa nova and blues singers in Tokyo and appears on many of the recordings of these artists. He has also performed at numerous jazz and blues festivals opening for big acts like Buddy Guy, Makoto Ozone). As a session guitarist he has worked on many TV and radio commercials and jingles.

Taka moved to Los Angeles in 2008. Since then, he has worked with many artists in R&B (Chaka Kahn, Lalah Hathaway, Joe, Michel'le, Chico Debarge, etc.), Jazz(Azar Lawrence, Harvey Mason, Ronnie Laws, Mark Allen Felton AKA Panther, etc.) and  gospel. 

Being a contemporary guitarist, he's pursuing the music of today, music with a lot of improvisation and interplay often incorporating funk and blues.

Taka is currently touring with billboard chart topping international recording artist Eric Darius(sax).

He's also a member of the band for Dante Night Show.
